The metallic and dyed process of this wood results in breath taking results because of the varied characters of the wood, characterized by knots, swirling grain and the occasional crack, which brings a new life and vibrancy to this venerable wood, and the acceptability of this veneer to accept the stains and also the added thickness as compared to regular oak.
